PodMerchant Shipping Info

To see your actual shipping charges, begin the checkout process. You will have an opportunity to cancel your order before entering your credit card information.

Your shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your purchase, service level, and distance from the point of origin (Zip code 91355 in Los Angeles County). All orders for products in stock are shipped the same or next business day. Products are not shipped on Saturdays (no UPS pick-up on Saturday).

Continental US: PodMerchant uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping within the Continental United States (48 contiguous states). UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. We do not use USPS except as below.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands: Orders to these areas are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority. Please note there may be one day delay on shipping via USPS.

Military: Orders to APO and FPO addresses are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority. Please note there may be one day delay on shipping via USPS.

Canada: Orders to Canada are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority. Please note there may be one day delay on shipping via USPS.

Other Countries: Sorry, at this time, PodMerchant does not sell or ship outside of the US and Canada. The shipping charges to countries outside of North America are prohibitive. Our apologies to those espresso lovers who would like to be our customers, but we are unable to economically and profitably serve that market. Thank you for your understanding.
