Q: How do I use the PODcast Coupon code? I don't know what to do with it. A: The code is entered into the appropriate field during checkout. Proceed as follows:

- Log-in (optional)
- Customer Information Entry
- Shipping / Payment Selection and Coupon Entry
On this page, enter the PODcast Coupon code in the Coupon Redemption field and press the "Redeem Coupon" button. The page will refresh with the reduced total. You must press the "Redeem Coupon" button before going to the next screen or the coupon code will not be entered.
Q: The coupon code isn't working and say's that it's expired. What is wrong?
A: Each coupon is active until the next issue is released. If the coupon code is not from the current issue, it is expired. If you have already used a particular coupon, it will show as expired. If you are getting a "coupon expired" error on a coupon from the current issue and that you have not used, please contact us and let us know.
Q: I forgot to enter the coupon code when I placed my order. Will you take 10% off of my order?
A: Sorry, coupons must be used at the time of purchase.
Q: The coupon did not take anything off my total, or it took off less than 10%. Why?
A: As stated in the newsletter, illy products are not discounted by the coupon. If you have only illy products in your basket, there will be no discount. If you have illy and other products, only the other products will be discounted.
Q: I subscribed to the PODcast, but I am not getting the newsletter. Will you take 10% off of my order?
A: Sorry, but you must have the coupon code and enter it during check out. Please see the information below for reasons why you may not be getting your issues of PODcast.
Q: I already used the coupon from the current issue but I want to make another purchase now. Can you take 10% off my order?
A: Sorry, but the newsletter has only one coupon per subscriber per issue. We recommend that you plan your purchases accordingly.
Q: I subscribed but I am not getting the newsletter. What's wrong?
A: If you are not receiving your newsletter, please check the following:
- Incorrectly entered email address.
- ISP Spam filter: Your ISP may not be delivering emails from our bulk email sender, iContact. If that is the case, you will need to ask them to white-list the following address: sales@podmerchant.com.
- Whitelist filter: If you are using a whitelist (approved sender list) to prevent spam, you should add our sending address to the list (sales@podmerchant.com).
- Email program junk-mail filter: The PODcast Newsletter is possibly being directed to your Junk Mail folder. Please check. To prevent this, most email programs will not assume a message is junk mail if the sender?s address is in your address book. Please add sales@podmerchant.com to your address book.
- Multiple email accounts: Sometimes customers order using one account but are looking for confirmation in a different account. For example, a customer may use customer@yahoo.com to place the order but look in their customer@earthlink.net account for confirmation and tracking. Please be sure to check all of your accounts for the newsletter.
