What you can expect when shopping at PodMerchant.com

Most orders are shipped the day they are ordered. Orders placed late Friday through Sunday will go out on the following Monday. On weekdays, orders placed up to about 3:30 PM Pacific time (6:30 PM Eastern) will probably be shipped that day. Orders placed after this cut off will be shipped the next business day. We ship via UPS to the Contenintal US, and USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, and overseas. Shipping charges are determined by weight, distance, and class.

We will notify you if an item is not in stock. In general, everything shown on our website should be available, but sometimes we are caught short. If an item is out of stock it is marked as such.

If we make a mistake on your order, please notify us and we will ship the correct item. If the item we shipped is expensive, we will send you a pre-paid Return Service tag to ship it back to us.

All of our coffee is fresh. We go to great lengths to make sure that the coffee we sell has plenty of time left before its "best-before" date. If we have coffee that is near or past "best-before", we will mark it down and sell it as such. We never knowingly sell old coffee as new.
