Originating from the fazendas in Minas Gerais, Santos coffee is reputedly one of the best South-American coffees. This particular type of Arabica grows only in Kenya, cultivated on its amazing plateau around 2000 meters above sea level; after harvesting, this coffee undergoes a special processing method known as "humid".
