cultivated on its
amazing plateau around 2000 meters above sea level;
after harvesting, this coffee undergoes a special processing method known as "humid". The double "AA" indicates the size of the beans, bigger than standard. Very intense, strong and aromatic, its decisive taste pleasantly accompanies the end of a good meal.
