Exclusive artisan brand not available elsewhere in the U.S. Rialto is a blend of unusual and costly varietals, and is lightly roasted — resulting in more of the original flavor of the beans (see "The Roastest with the Mostest"). Taste-wise, it is a premium espresso pod, but the price is not at all premium. We consider it to be one of our best offerings.

The Rialto espresso pod is a blend of Arabica coming from the Crystal Mountain of Cuba and washed Robusta coming from the Taneerullah plantation in India. Both the origins are of exclusive import. Rialto pods are the same as Nero Doge whole bean blend.

Caffe' del Doge's decaffeinated offering, the Blu Decaf. This is an amazing coffee with sweetness and creaminess. A great choice for a decaf espresso pod.

The impression often associated with decaffeinated coffee is that it is not comparable to regular coffee. The truth is that a bad coffee, once decaffeinated, remains bad, whereas a good coffee remains good, even after the process. Not all of the single origins are suitable to undergo the decaffeination process.

Caffe' del Doge studied this 100% Arabica blend composed of beans from Brasil, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, Ethiopia and India, which has undergone decaffeination by the Demus Spa in Trieste, Italy (www.demus.com), an industry leader in the decaffeination of coffee.

Caffe' del Doge's famed Doge Nero blend in whole bean coffee.

The Doge Nero blend was created by selecting a base of Arabica coffees from the Alta Mogiana region in Brazil and from Central American and Caribbean plantations and uniting them with a washed Indian Robusta coffee, Kaapi Royal. All of the single origins are roasted together to achieve a uniform aroma. Once brewed this blend expresses a grand personality with an intense and persistent aroma and a refined chocolate aftertaste without any bitter tones.
