Blend of 100% Arabica beans

Of all the different coffees in the world, Arabica is undoubtedly the finest and most appreciated. For this particular blend, Compagnia dell'Arabica has chosen only the best grades of Arabica, thus creating a coffee with an intense aroma, a full flavor and a smooth taste.

Amongst all the Brazilian coffees, those originating from the Sao Paulo region belong to the finest quality (called Santos after the name of the harbor and port from where the raw coffee beans are shipped). Originating from the fazendas in Minas Gerais, Santos coffee is reputedly one of the best South-American coffees. Its low acidity, velvety and captivating aroma and its delicate hint of chocolate make this sweet coffee perfect for breakfast.

This is probably the best-known Colombian coffee thanks to its particularly sweet taste; its name derives from the bean size. Local connoisseurs call it "mild". It is easily digestible, with its light and delicate taste, its medium acidity, and slightly nutty taste. This coffee is exported under the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros' supervision. Its mellow aroma makes it ideal for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break.

This particular type of Arabica grows only in Kenya, cultivated on its amazing plateau around 2000 meters above sea level; after harvesting, this coffee undergoes a special processing method known as "humid".
