PodMerchant Espresso Club

PodMerchant is pleased to offer a subscription service for our steady customers. With this service, we initiate the events to get your order to you. We offer the flexibility of interval (monthly, bimonthly, etc.) and offer you the option of modifying your order. Espresso Club members get a 10% discount off products and 10% off shipping. There is no cost to join or other fees.

How it works

Contact us by phone or email if you are interested in membership. We will set up your subscription with the products you wish, shipped on the date and at the interval you require. On the date of your planned shipment, we will contact you to confirm your order. You may make changes or additions as desired each time. We will then ship your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will ship the products in your previous order.

Limitations and Conditions

  • If we cannot contact you on the scheduled day of shipment, we will continue to try to contact you for two more days. On the third day we will proceed to ship the products in your previous order.
  • The service is available only to customers who’ve placed at least 2 orders with no delivery problems.
  • Members must make a minimum monthly purchase of $60. (If you wish your order to be shipped bi-monthly, then the minimum would be $120, etc.)
  • We understand that some months you may wish to skip your order (due to travel, etc.) Members may skip one shipment within a membership year. If you skip another shipment within a membership year, your next shipment will receive no discount on products or shipping. If you skip a further shipment within a membership year, we will advise you that the Espresso Club is not right for your needs.
  • Please do not join if you do not have a secure, reliable means of receiving packages. This program may not be right for your needs if you have trouble receiving packages.
  • Members will be charged for any additional charges we incur from the carrier for address correction, rerouting, forwarding, redelivering, holding, etc.
  • The Espresso Club subscription service is available to US customers only.
  • Members outside of the continental U.S. will be contacted by email only.
  • We reserve the right to drop any customer from club participation and to alter the Limitations and Conditions of the membership at any time.
